hca cli commands

The following wrangler tools are related to using the hca cli.

Pre-requisites and installation

• pip

Install the hca cli tool locally or in a virtual environment (e.g. venv, conda) using pip:

pip install hca

If you haven’t updated the hca cli in a while, update to the newest version using pip:

pip install --upgrade hca
